Scope of special operations personnel

:


1. electrician work.

Including power generation, power pmission, substation, electrician, electrical equipment installation, operation, maintenance (maintenance), test workers, underground mine electric fitter;


2. metal welding and cutting operations.

Welder and cutter.


3. lifting operations.

A crane driver, a cable operator, a signal controller, an installation and maintenance worker;


4. motor vehicle driving in enterprises.

Drivers of various types of motor vehicles that are running in enterprises and in the production areas and construction sites such as docks and freight yards.


5. climb up and erect work.

The above 2 meters above the height of erection, demolition, maintenance workers, high-rise building (structures) surface cleaning workers;


6. boiler operation (including water quality test).

Operator of boiler with pressure boiler, water quality laboratory worker;


7. pressure vessel operation.

Pressure vessel cans, inspectors, pport escorts, large air compressor operators;


8. refrigeration operations.

Including refrigeration equipment installer, operator, maintenance worker;


9. blasting operation.

Including surface engineering blasting and underground blasting workers;


10. ventilation in mines.

It includes main fan operator, gas drainage worker, ventilation safety monitor and wind measuring dust collector.


11. mine drainage.

It contains mine main drainage pump worker and tailings dam operator.


12. mine safety inspection operation.

Including safety inspectors, gas inspectors, electrical equipment explosion-proof inspectors;


13. mine hoisting and pportation operation.

It includes main hoist operator, (upper and lower Hill) winch operator, fixed belt conveyor operator, signalling operator, holding tank operator.


14. mining (stripping) operations.

The driver includes a shearer, a roadheader driver, a rock rake driver and a rock drill driver.


15. mine rescue operation;


16. dangerous goods work.

Operators, pport escorts and storekeeper of dangerous chemicals, explosives and radioactive materials.


17. other assignments approved by the State Council.
