Textile Group Implements Seven Systems To Ensure Stability
On March 19th, last year, the textile group set up a labor force branch, which included the management of more than 4 off-duty workers, 26 thousand co insurance personnel and 240 thousand retired workers from 11 management centers of five major subsidiaries, including Ma Ma, cotton printing, Shenda, knitting and real estate.
In the face of a large number of conflicts involving stability, the cadres of the labor force's letters and visits maintain stability and stability in addition to adhering to the good tradition of "a smiling face to welcome, a chair to give up seats, a cup of tea to quench thirst, a nice word to warm up the heart, a heart of hearts for the people". The seven systems are also explored and implemented.

"Time limit system": the letter visitors should give reasonable answers or solutions in accordance with the prescribed time.
"Accountability system": responsible for those who are guilty of wrongful acts and omission.
"Stick to the post system": the most important time for party and government leaders is not out of town.
"Information flow system": stabilize the responsible person to ensure that the mobile phone receives 24 hours.
"Stable control network system": adopt multi-channel and omni-directional stereoscopic strict control for key objects.
Expert consultation system: to deal with historical problems and difficult diseases, the relevant departments at higher levels and regions should jointly study countermeasures and work together to resolve them, thus forming a normal management mechanism for maintaining stability in letters and visits.
