Reporters learned from Feng an (China) Leather Co., Ltd., this year, all of the company's internal training courses have been successfully completed in recent days as planned. According to gou Jie, the human resources manager of the company, Feng an only started the system of "enterprise internal training" from the last quarter of this year, mainly aiming at front-line employees. The purpose is to enhance the overall quality of staff and management personnel and build a knowledge-based, skilled and learning team. The in-service training plan is worked out by the workshop manager / Technician, and the department heads are responsible for examination and approval. After each class, the company will evaluate the contents of the relevant personnel, and the final three of the results will be informed and cancelled quarterly qualification. The lecturer is headed by the Director / Technician / team leader, but only after relevant training can he gain the qualification of "internal lecturer". Lecturers will receive a subsidy of 50 yuan in every class hour, but the company also investigates the quality of lecturers' teaching. If 1/2 of the total number of trainees reflects poor quality, the subsidy and lecturer qualifications will be abolished.
