According to reports, Jiangsu Aerospace Science and technology company in 2012 built the first domestic 25 tons T800 carbon fiber production line, but the production scale is small, and can not really achieve industrialization.

The production line of the Zhongfu Condor has expanded to 100 tons and has the potential to further expand its production capacity. At that time, the industrialization of high strength and medium modulus carbon fiber will be truly realized and the strategic breakthrough of China's carbon fiber industry will be realized.

The production line, of which SYT49 is kiloton scale (12K) and SYT55 is 100 ton scale (12K), has achieved continuous and stable operation.

Its R & D level has reached the leading level in China, and some of its performance indicators exceed the level of similar products abroad, which can completely replace imports.

It is understood that at present, most domestic carbon fiber production enterprises use wet spinning to produce T700 or T800 grade carbon fibers.

Unlike traditional wet spinning, dry jet wet spinning technology has the advantages of high production efficiency, good carbon fiber quality and low production cost.

At present, 80% of the world's carbon fiber is dry spray wet spinning.

Its carbon fiber produced by dry jet wet spinning technology has been widely applied in advanced composite materials such as aerospace, national defense and military industry.

Zhongfu Shen Eagle began its research and development of dry spray wet spinning SYT45 (national standard GQ4522) in 2008, which overcomes the difficulties in technological innovation and improvement of key equipment, and achieves batch stable production of high-strength SYT49 (T700) and high strength medium SYT55 (T800) carbon fiber.

The entire carbon fiber production, intermediate control of more than 3000 process points, each process point must be strictly controlled by stability, which process parameters change, the quality of carbon fiber will decline.

For this reason, Zhongfu divine eagle has developed a 60 cubic meter large reaction kettle with high efficiency of heat exchange, and has realized the preparation of polymer solution with high uniformity and high drafting property, and developed multi station, long steady state, high spinning speed dry spray wet spinning process and key equipment, and the spinning speed is above 300m/min.

It has broken through the fine denier and high orientation technology of dry jet wet spinning raw silk.

The rapid pre oxidation technology of dry jet wet spinning precursor was developed, which effectively shortened the pre oxidation time.

Through this series of key process points control, Zhongfu Eagle has achieved stable production of products.

At present, its main products have been successfully applied to the field of cable composite core and building, and achieved good social and economic benefits.

According to the briefing, Zhongfu Condor dry jet wet spinning SYT49/SYT55 high performance carbon fiber production line has been applied for many patents since it was put into operation in October 2013.

As of the end of May 2015, the project has authorized 8 invention patents, accepted 16 invention patents, and accepted 2 utility models.
